🍓 HIGH PROTEIN DESSERT THAT ACTUALLY HITS YOUR MACROS 👀💪🏽
Yall…I was really wanting something sweet tonight and I knew that I was getting close to reaching my Macro targets…so I tried something new and it was SO YUMMY!
If you’ve been struggling with sweet cravings at night or feel like you “need something” after dinner… this is for you 👇🏽
You don’t need to cut out desserts — you just need to be intentional with what you’re choosing.
🍓High-Protein Jello Mousse (You can modify if you are looking for something lighter by omitting the protein powder, using 1 cup of yogurt and adding 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream - just make sure you get the correct macros)
Ingredients:
  • 1 package sugar-free Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1.5 cups fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water
  2. Add 1 cup cold water + let cool slightly
  3. Mix yogurt + protein powder
  4. Combine everything + mix well
  5. Chill 2–4 hours
🍓Full Batch Macros
  • Calories: ~270–300
  • Protein: 35–40g 🔥
  • Carbs: ~10–12g
  • Fat: ~0–2g
