You don’t need to cut out desserts — you just need to be intentional with what you’re choosing.
🍓High-Protein Jello Mousse (You can modify if you are looking for something lighter by omitting the protein powder, using 1 cup of yogurt and adding 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream - just make sure you get the correct macros)
Ingredients:
- 1 package sugar-free Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1.5 cups fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Instructions:
- Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water
- Add 1 cup cold water + let cool slightly
- Mix yogurt + protein powder
- Combine everything + mix well
- Chill 2–4 hours
