Stop asking: “Do I feel like working out today?” Start asking: “What time am I getting my workout in?” Feelings are inconsistent. Discipline builds results. If you wait until you feel motivated, you’ll always be negotiating with yourself. But when you decide ahead of time that movement is non-negotiable, everything changes. You don’t need to feel ready. You need to be committed. Working out isn’t about mood — it’s about identity. You are someone who stewards your temple. You are someone who shows up. You are someone who follows through. No food, no water! -Take picture front, side, and back (Use the same mirror if possible) All ladies will be sending their photos to Coach Leah personally through the messenger. Unless agreed otherwise! *Men…no shirt. *Women…Please send photos wearing something you can consistently wear for check ins photos to keep track of progress! What you are most comfortable in but would be preferred is something like sports bra/underwear or fitted tank and shorts. -Send your weight and check-in picture to your Coach on the messages on this Skool community! Only your coach will be able to see these photos and they are 100% confidential! Your check-in isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress. Keep showing up. That’s how momentum is built.
