Drop your gym song 🎧👇🏽
What’s your go-to song right now when you hit the gym? Cause the right song can add 10 lbs to your lift and we all know it🔥
🚨 Reminder: Tomorrow is Check-In Day!
Showing up is a win. Even if your week wasn’t perfect. Even if you missed workouts. Even if your nutrition was off. Even if you feel behind. Don’t disappear. Don’t let a couple of hard days turn into denial. Check-ins aren’t about perfection—they’re about awareness. Awareness creates opportunity for change. The people who make progress aren’t the ones who never struggle. They’re the ones who keep showing up anyway. Tomorrow, show up. Check in. Stay honest. Keep moving forward. Let’s get it💪

One practical exercise this week🎯
Target your insecurities. Be specific! When you look in the mirror ask God: “What do You see when You look at me?" 📲 Type it out in your phone 🗣️ Say it out loud in front of the mirror 🔥 Keep repeating it, and bless your body!

More people struggle with this than you think!
Body dysmorphia is when a person becomes overly focused on perceived flaws in their appearance, often seeing themselves through a distorted lens rather than seeing reality clearly… This can look like hyper-fixating on a certain aspect of your body. No matter how much progress you make, it never feels like enough. You can lose weight but still only see what needs to change. You get stronger but still only focus on what you haven't achieved yet. You compare yourself and get discouraged even though you are making real progress! THIS IS ABOUT YOUR PERSPECTIVE🔍 You are called to steward your body not obsess over it! Your identity does not come from the mirror, it comes from the Father🙏🏽 Here’s 3 keys to overcome body dysmorphia💥 1️⃣ Renew Your Mind Don't let negative thoughts become your reality. Begin replacing criticism with truth. "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Romans 12:2 2️⃣ Focus on Stewardship, Not Perfection Your goal isn't perfection. Your goal is becoming healthier, stronger, and more disciplined than you were yesterday. "Honor God with your bodies." 1 Corinthians 6:20 3️⃣ Measure Faithfulness, Not Just Results Keep celebrating your consistency in the small things! You’re staying hydrated, you’re tracking food, you’re getting steps in, you’re working out, your body is transforming🚀 "It is required in stewards that one be found faithful." 1 Corinthians 4:2 You’re elevating! You’re working on YOU, and that’s one of the greatest ways to love yourself! Type I’M GETTING FREE in the comments if you’re locked in this week🙋‍♂️💪🏽
You made it through another week 🔥
I don’t want you to just coast through Sunday. You don’t have to be perfect, but don’t check out either! If you missed a workout this week, that’s okay! Keep moving. Make one good food choice. Hit the gym. Get your rest, and protect what you’ve been building. You’re doing this to be consistent 💥
