Not every workout is going to feel like a PR day, and that’s okay. Progress isn’t always linear. Some days your body is more tired, stressed, under-recovered, or simply off. One weaker workout doesn’t mean you’re losing progress. Just keep showing up! Consistency over time is what matters most🔥 💭 What’s one area you’ve seen yourself grow in recently — physically, mentally, or in your habits?

Let’s start the week strong🔥🔥
Weekend didn’t go perfectly? That’s okay. One bad meal or a couple off days doesn’t ruin your progress — giving up does. The best thing you can do is reset quickly instead of waiting for another perfect Monday. 💪🏽 A few things that can help you stay on track this week: - Plan your meals ahead of time - Prioritize protein & water - Get your workouts scheduled early - Don’t try to punish yourself with extreme cardio or starving yourself - Focus on consistency, not perfection A strong week is built one decision at a time. ✍🏽 What’s ONE goal you’re setting for yourself this week?
