Body dysmorphia is when a person becomes overly focused on perceived flaws in their appearance, often seeing themselves through a distorted lens rather than seeing reality clearly… This can look like hyper-fixating on a certain aspect of your body. No matter how much progress you make, it never feels like enough. You can lose weight but still only see what needs to change. You get stronger but still only focus on what you haven't achieved yet. You compare yourself and get discouraged even though you are making real progress! THIS IS ABOUT YOUR PERSPECTIVE🔍 You are called to steward your body not obsess over it! Your identity does not come from the mirror, it comes from the Father🙏🏽 Here’s 3 keys to overcome body dysmorphia💥 1️⃣ Renew Your Mind Don't let negative thoughts become your reality. Begin replacing criticism with truth. "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Romans 12:2 2️⃣ Focus on Stewardship, Not Perfection Your goal isn't perfection. Your goal is becoming healthier, stronger, and more disciplined than you were yesterday. "Honor God with your bodies." 1 Corinthians 6:20 3️⃣ Measure Faithfulness, Not Just Results Keep celebrating your consistency in the small things! You’re staying hydrated, you’re tracking food, you’re getting steps in, you’re working out, your body is transforming🚀 "It is required in stewards that one be found faithful." 1 Corinthians 4:2 You’re elevating! As you prepare for next week, remember that meal prep doesn’t have to be immaculate, just keep it clean and simple! Grab a lean protein, some veggies, jasmine rice (or cauliflower rice for lower carbs), and throw a lil sauce on it🤌🏽 Here’s a quick recipe that’s high protein/low fat😋 Lemon Herb Chicken & Veggie Bowl Serves 1 420 cal Protein: 50g Carbs: 38g Fat: 6g Ingredients: • 6 oz chicken breast, sliced thin • 1 cup zucchini, chopped • 1 cup cherry tomatoes • ½ cup white rice (dry) — sub cauliflower rice to cut carbs • 1 lemon • 1 tsp olive oil • Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper Instructions: 1. Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high — cook chicken 5-6 min per side until done 3. Remove chicken, toss zucchini and tomatoes in the same pan for 4-5 min 4. Cook rice according to package (or microwave cauliflower rice — 3 min) 5. Squeeze fresh lemon over everything or throw some sauce on it 😉

Good morning
I would like to introduce my self my name is Rebecca Hernandez I am a wife and a mother of 7 children I have 6 boys and 1 daughter and they still keep me going I am so grateful and proud of my self for making this decision to be transformed physically, and mentally and i’m currently at 170 lb I would like to see that number drop I stopped being physically active like 2 years ago but that needs to change I did sign up for the gym and have been going every morning because I want to learn to be consistent I’m so happy to be a part of the health coaching program and can’t wait to see my transformation and along side with other this is a big step we’re taking and a new journey that will go to generations to generations as I brake this General curse also it will be encouraging to others as they see the transformation in us God bless you and let us stay consistent and committed for the glory of God.
