The best thing you can do is reset quickly instead of waiting for another perfect Monday. 💪🏽 A few things that can help you stay on track this week: - Plan your meals ahead of time - Prioritize protein & water - Get your workouts scheduled early - Don’t try to punish yourself with extreme cardio or starving yourself - Focus on consistency, not perfection A strong week is built one decision at a time. ✍🏽 What’s ONE goal you’re setting for yourself this week? I normally hit the gym at night but there’s a few days that I have commitments at night and end up not working out those days. So one goal I’m setting this week is to hit the gym in the morning on those days, and make sure I plan for it the night before!😁
🍓 HIGH PROTEIN DESSERT THAT ACTUALLY HITS YOUR MACROS 👀💪🏽
Yall…I was really wanting something sweet tonight and I knew that I was getting close to reaching my Macro targets…so I tried something new and it was SO YUMMY! If you’ve been struggling with sweet cravings at night or feel like you “need something” after dinner… this is for you 👇🏽 You don’t need to cut out desserts — you just need to be intentional with what you’re choosing. 🍓High-Protein Jello Mousse (You can modify if you are looking for something lighter by omitting the protein powder, using 1 cup of yogurt and adding 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream - just make sure you get the correct macros) Ingredients: - 1 package sugar-free Jell-O - 1 cup boiling water - 1 cup cold water - 1.5 cups fat-free plain Greek yogurt - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - 1 tsp vanilla (optional) Instructions: 1. Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water 2. Add 1 cup cold water + let cool slightly 3. Mix yogurt + protein powder 4. Combine everything + mix well 5. Chill 2–4 hours 🍓Full Batch Macros - Calories: ~270–300 - Protein: 35–40g 🔥 - Carbs: ~10–12g - Fat: ~0–2g
