Instead of fixating on what hasn’t happened yet, look at what’s actually improving!

When motivation fades, your why is what keeps you going. You didn’t start this journey for no reason. Reconnect with that reason and let it push you through the slow seasons.
3. Speak life over yourself.
What you say to yourself during the hard moments matters more than you think. Encourage yourself and speak good things on purpose 🙌🏽
