How does your training look like?
Mine is generally intuitive, but I have a certain structure also into it - having worked out and trained basically my whole life, it nowdays looks something like this:
- 2-3x strength training sessions (of which at least one is ”grease the groove” - doing 3 movements every 30mins during the workday)
- 2x zone 2 cardio on echo bike
- 1x HIIT / hill sprints / sports
- Daily walks with our dog, Nala (a golden retriever)
- Daily mobility & body maintenance
Ideally doing something everyday, but intensity varies a lot 💪
