This challenge runs for 14 days (but you can continue longer!). You’ll build your aerobic foundation through consistent Zone 2 training — the key to endurance, recovery, and longevity. Use the video as guidance /w Siim Land: Holohabits – VO2max Challenge -> www.holohabits.com (download the app and join) ✅ Goals - Increase mitochondrial density and fat oxidation - Improve cardiovascular efficiency and recovery - Strengthen endurance without excessive fatigue - Build a sustainable aerobic base for long-term health 🔍 Session Structure (Each Cardio Day) - Choose your activity: jog, cycle, row, swim, or brisk walk - Maintain 30+ minutes of steady movement in Zone 2 (60–70% of max heart rate) - Use a heart rate monitor or talk test (you should be able to speak in full sentences) - Journal / Notes ⚠️ Safety Guidelines - Warm up for 5–10 minutes before each session - Stay hydrated and refuel after training - Avoid pushing into higher zones; this is about consistency, not exhaustion - If fatigued, shorten the session or take a rest day 📈 Progress Markers Track these over the 14 days to see growth: - Average heart rate and total minutes in Zone 2 - Perceived exertion and recovery time - Changes in energy, endurance, and sleep quality - Improvements in resting heart rate or morning HRV After each cardio session, post in this challenge thread: “Today was Session X. The shape of Becoming
So, let’s have a look at this ungraspable newness floating in the air… filling with its fragrance the transformative era we are currently moving through. For some of us — for me — the level of challenge is higher than it has ever been. And yet, I find myself navigating this with greater ease than before. I choose to believe that what I’m feeling is the impact of a massive collective movement. Through the window of my own direct experience, I can perceive certain features and nuances of that larger shift. I choose to share what might be relevant for others. This openness — which people often label as vulnerability — isn’t vulnerability to me. It’s simply the level of transparency and clarity that naturally aligns with the kind of Truth I personally seek in this life. That being said, let’s dive in. I truly believe that the key word of this collective shift is Becoming. Imagine that everything your heart and soul have ever dreamed of — everything they have always secretly known to be True — now has no choice but to reveal itself in the light of day. This movement from the inside out is the process of Becoming. Our true nature — beyond beliefs, conditioning, or disillusion — is trying to find its way outward, through the very cells of our body, through our thoughts, our feelings, and our actions. Our coping mechanisms are breaking down, bringing to the surface the shame, shyness, and grief our childhood — or our ancestors — buried centuries ago. We are all being called to Become — softly or more intensely, depending on the temperament of our being. Right now, this call is appearing in my life as a financial constriction, pushing me to carve my inner light into words and to serve with greater ownership of my power. From my perspective, this Becoming is currently showing up as the embodiment of Manifestation. I truly believe that everything in our lives reflects our inner world. Financial ease will come from aligning with my mission without resistance. Feeling abundant within material narrowness — truly abundant inside — savoring the strength of my truths as they are being reinforced precisely through this constriction… this is how abundance will manifest in this so-called outer world.

I like to think I am "a work in progress" and I embrace that I will always be. I am getting better every day. To borrow a quote (not sure of author), "I am an Energy Being having a Human experience." And a great motto from one of my best friends (Timmy Reynolds)... "I have had a good life...mostly", knowing that is right where I am meant to be.
