Workout wit Brit is happening in 3 days
11 weeks and shrinking slowly
When I first made a positive change in my life 12 weeks ago by calarie counting and excersising daily my thighs were touching the tyres on both sides and causing me skin wounds from rubbing when wheelin. I took the two photos this morning to show how much my body has shrunk. I can fit my thumb between the tyre and my thigh! Winning😊💪♥️

Balance Achievement
Earlier last week, just for the heck of it I decided to try sitting on my bed with my legs on the bed in front of me and put my arms in the air over my head just to see if I could do it very long, to check my balance. Well, I did it for over a minute but could have gone longer if I'd have had more time to sit there.
Wound Improvement
Last month, my wound was infected from my osteomyelitis and doubled in size back down to the bone. Well, I'm infection free and amazingly, it is smaller than it was before the infection!!!! In one month I had some serious healing! The power of positive mental health!!!!
Books
So, the 3 books I read in 2 weeks were: Bad Liar by Tami Hoag; Malice by Lisa Jackson and If Something Happens to Me by Alex Finlay 😊 Next up is Missing by Allison Brennan!

Today, my back was sore and I didn’t think I’d be able to walk with my Zeen (sit-stand walker) but I actually felt fine and walked twice as far as usual!
