My mother made this panjeri for me and send it to me all way from pakistan to saudia.
It is high in protein and vitamins
Panjeri ingredients
Roast black chana (peeled)
Dry fruits ( almonds walnuts cashew pumpkin seeds pistachio)
Coconut 🥥 powder and grate roasted coconut flakes.
Desi ghee
Stevia . You can add jaggry powder also brown sugar
Grind everything up and lightly roast in Desi ghee ❤️
Trust me it's super yummy 😋 and goes perfect with green tea
