Ramadan Day 8,
Today i am feeling much betther so before sehri i took 2 tbsp flavoured greek yogurt, as doc suggested to stop seed cycling and gave some gap,
In sehri small oil free pratha with shami kebab, and cup of tea, then eat 1 khajoor with half cup of milk.
In aftari today i took 5 dates (todays ajwa so) with water and then after namaz half plate of murghi pulao with 1 aloo wala pakora and 2 bengan wala, after an hour took 3 tbsp of fruit chat and cup of tea, then go out in street for some walk.
Water in take around 7 glass,
Steps around 4000.
