Before sehri, took seed cycling phase with warm water,
Sehri done with roti mix in half cup of milk (like choori) cup of tea,
Iftari after eating dates water took gap of namaz, then eat only 3 tbsp fruit chat r kch khaya nae gya that day migraine started and me iftari k bad sogae thi,
Steps was around 3000
Water intake also forgotent but its around 6 or 7 glass
