Ramadan Day 26,
Start day with warm water by adding pinch of cinamon powder and half tsp organic hòney and lemon,
Sehri with left over rice and full boil egg with cup of tea, then took 1 khajoor with water,
In iftari 3 dates and glass of water and half around 4 inch stuffed chicken bread (made by my husband) then gap of namaz, after it remaining half piece of bread with cup of tea, then go for a walk,
Then after isha half bowl of mixed fruit chaat,
Then before bed green tea with few drops of lemon,
Steps around 5000,
Water in take 8 and half mug
