Ramadan Day 18
Due to Stomach upset took cold milk by adding 1 tsp jaggery powder it can calm my stomach most,
Then in sehri just roti adding in milk and finish sehri with khajoor.
In aftari open fast with 1 date,and water then namaz,
That day i made mongdal khichri for me, so i took 1 plate adding 2 tbsp dahi and 2 and then after isha i took half bowl fruit chat,
Then after eating go for walk,
That day steps around 4500
Water intake around 6 mugs,
