Before sehri luje warm water by adding pinch cinamon powder in it,
In sehri 1 roti choori with a cup of tea and one boil egg,
That day aftari is at someones home so i took 3 dates, 1tbsp channa chat, 2 tbsp fruit chat, 2 tbsp macronies, and then half plate of mutton pulao with raita, and 1 glass roohafza drink.

Total steps that day around 11000 after iftari we go to cornische,
Water intake around 8 mugs
