Before sehri luke warm water me pinch cinamon, pinch turmeric, pinch blackpeper or pinch salt dal k liya,
In sehri cream chicken (2 piece) with half roti, and after an half hour cup of tea, then finish sehri with date and water,
In aftari i took 3 dates with water then gap of namaz, after namaz plate of chicken pulao with 2 pakoras, and chutney, then after isha fruit chaat and home made samosa (2 samosa patti s samosay ki jagha filling kr k pocket type samosa bnaya filling is boiled chicken, capsicum, black and green pepper or salt) with chae,
Then go for light walk in street,
Before bed today i took cup of milk adding turmeric black pepper,
Total steps around 4500
Water intake around 7 mugs.
