Ramadan Day 12,
Before sehri luke warm water soaked cinamon in it overnight,
In sehri half roti add in half cup of milk and add half tsp of desi ghee in it,
And then took cup of tea, end sehri on 1 date with water.
In iftari asusual after open roza and namaz ate a plate of mutton qeema biryani wth 2 tbsp macronies, after isha 2 pakoras with cup of tea, today i add half tsp sugar in it aj kafi time bad dil kiya but wo b thiks nae pee gae,
And then go out for little walk,
Total steps around 5500
Water 7 mug, 2 mug nabeez drink (only dates infused water)
