Ramadan Day 11,
Before sehri today i took half cup milk and add half cup water 3 soaked dates and 5 almonds and make smoothie and took empty stomach,
In sehri one cup mixed barley oats and makein water add little half tsp pure honey with cup of coffee.
And then close sehri with one date and water.
In iftari today after namaz i eat one chicken samosa ghar pe hi bna hua with chae and after isha 2 tbsp of dahi bondi and add 2 tbsp channa chat in it,
Before bed one cup of green tea
Total steps around 4000
Water around 7 mugs,
