Suhoor: one boiled egg and oats low fat greek yogurt bowl with half banana nuts n berries.
Water: 4 glass
Iftar: 2 dates+ 2 glass chia seeds water
A small slice of home made pizza
Dinner: spaghetti squash noodles and 5 spoons rice with chicken pieces
Water: 5 glasses + a mug of black coffee without sugar
Workout: 15 min fast paced walk with strength training of arms n legs
