HELLO Everyone,
My meal and workout logs .working on my step count havenโ€™t been doing 10000 steps as I was before . Trying to work hard on this .
Did upper body workout on wed / Thursday just did steps and Friday did Full body workout.
My body needed rest so on Saturday tried steps but only managed 6500 and today was just rest day did only 5700 steps .
