I was actually really craving a paratha with the Karhi, but honestly, parathas feel way too heavy in this summer heat. Plus, these days I’m focusing on a high-protein diet and zero-oil cooking. Yesterday, I made my egg sandwich with zero oil, and today I only used one teaspoon of oil to fry the kabab—everything else was just toasted dry
