Today, I was out of the house, and lunch was qorma with naan. You can’t always tell people you're on a diet everywhere you go, and you can't always have the perfect meal. But I had just one thing in mind: discipline and mindful eating. So, I only took 8 to 9 bites of the naan with the qorma.
Once I got home, I also went for a one-hour walk to manage it. Even though the heat completely drained me, staying consistent is a must
