Iโ€™m Dr. Zeshan Zahid, recently started working as a Medical Officer (night shifts ๐Ÿ˜…).
Height 5โ€™11โ€ โ€” was 91 kg pre-Ramadan, cut snacks โ†’ 88.5 kg, now with proper diet โ†’ 86.5 kg (Alhamdulillah).
๐ŸŽฏ Goal: 75 kg
Routine:
Morning: brisk walk after Fajr
Day: sleep + clean eating (salad/beans)
Evening: gym (cardio + light weights)
Night shift meal: air-fried chicken + small roti
Trying to stay consistent with night duty life ๐Ÿ’ช
