Post night shift reality check πŸ₯² Missed my morning walk (no energy after duty 😴) Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs + chai (no sugar) Slept 5 hours Lunch: 1 cup boiled channa + cucumber, tomato & onion salad Skipped gym 🀧 Slept again for 3 hours For Dinner i was supposed to airfry chicken but ran out of time before hospital πŸ˜… So made a quick omelette + small roti (low oil) Not a perfect day… but still stayed on track βœ”οΈ No junk βœ”οΈ High protein βœ”οΈ Controlled calories βœ”οΈ Trying to stay consistent even on night shift πŸ’ͺ How do you guys manage workouts after hectic duty?

Assalam o Alaikum everyone πŸ‘‹ I’m Dr. Zeshan Zahid, recently started working as a Medical Officer (night shifts πŸ˜…). Height 5’11” β€” was 91 kg pre-Ramadan, cut snacks β†’ 88.5 kg, now with proper diet β†’ 86.5 kg (Alhamdulillah). 🎯 Goal: 75 kg Routine: Morning: brisk walk after Fajr Day: sleep + clean eating (salad/beans) Evening: gym (cardio + light weights) Night shift meal: air-fried chicken + small roti Trying to stay consistent with night duty life πŸ’ͺ Looking forward to learning and staying motivated with you all!
