I’ve never before liked to go to gym, always avoided it.
Could not imagine how someone could like going there!
As I got higher numbers on legpress though, I started to seriously love that machine. It was easy to get high numbers which just feels cool + I’m done after only 8-12 reps and 3 sets 🔥🔥
So I got a huge hunger for this machine, and it actually pulled me into the gym!
I started to associate a deep thrill with the gym instead of just dealing with it
Doing leg workouts in the park for example I definitely don’t like
I need to do so many reps there, since I can’t put on more weight than my backpack can handle. Close to 20 reps and 4 sets!
That’s 80 times my willpower used instead of 24. I really love having my workouts done in shorter time
Really check if you’re not making your life harder by accident!
Have a look what other exercises hit the same muscles as the exercises you don’t like! You’ll be much more keen for the gym, so you’ll be much more consistent. So you’ll have much higher gains just from changing an exercise 🔥🔥🔥
