Hi is anyone in the same boat ? If anything Helps you do share . I struggle to sleep . Although when the sleep comes I sleep very good 6 7 hours . But it’s always a struggle to make myself sleep. I fight with sleep, my mind can’t stop thinking .

My mind kept getting a billion ideas about random shit 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 my top fix that changed my life 👌🏼🏆🏆🏆 I started doing “reverse blinking” :D Keep your eyes closed and open them for a second every 10s or so Slow and deepen your breathing Imagine falling deeper into your bed every time you close them again
5’9 153, came from 190. Not sure if im fat or skinny fat genuinely don’t know what to do. Should I do a slight calorie surplus +100 over maintaince while eating good and protein high and consistently lift? Or lose even more weight I feel like 153 is low enough.
It’s doesn’t look like too much. For growing muscle this is a very handy bit of buffer that can get you there faster. Once you’ve grown more mass you can cut some and will look Boss ⚡️⚡️⚡️
