Sehri was lazy modeโ€ฆ sirf 1 hour sleep.
2 eggs, yogurt, omelette with 2 bread slices. Bas survival fuel.
Iftar experiment gone wrong ๐Ÿ’€
Dahi vada banayaโ€ฆ lekin bhariya boil kar diya ๐Ÿ˜ญ
Result? Halwa/malita texture disaster edition ๐Ÿ˜‚
Added veggies, fruits, guava, 2 dates, 1 kachori.
Water around 1L.
Gym gaya.
Post workout:
2 scoops Anabolic Mass by Kevin Levrone.
Then 2 chapatis + chicken korma + dal chana.
Later chai + egg.
Calories thori low thi, carbs zyada the, meals messyโ€ฆ
But still showed up. Thatโ€™s the win.
Also need help in making Shamis Chickens ๐Ÿ“โ€” do let me know easiest way to make one as Iโ€™m out of patience ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™
