Sehri speed run edition โฐ๐Ÿ˜‚ (sirf 25 minutes)
2 chicken + potato stuffed sandwiches,
250g yogurt,
2 whole boiled eggs + chai.
Quick but decent fuel.
Iftar:
Black chickpeas (onion, tomato, cucumber + chaat masala),
3โ€“4 pakoras,
2 dates + 2โ€“3 glasses water.
Samosas table pe theโ€ฆ lekin self-control strong ๐Ÿ’ช (extra carbs avoid kiye).
2 amrood as well.
Gym โ€“ Shoulders + Triceps ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ
Good pump.
Body thori shape mein aa rahi hai โ€” noticeable change ๐Ÿ‘€
Lekin haanโ€ฆ arms bigger chahiye ๐Ÿ˜…
Impatience normal hai. Growth slow process hai, especially Ramadan mein.
Post-gym:
2 scoops Anabolic Mass by Kevin Levrone + 2 bananas.
Later: 150g chicken + 100g rice.
Now focusing on water intake till next Sehri ๐Ÿ’ง
Reality check:
Arms craving is not about size.
