2 chicken + potato stuffed sandwiches,
250g yogurt,
2 whole boiled eggs + chai.
Quick but decent fuel.
Iftar:
Black chickpeas (onion, tomato, cucumber + chaat masala),
3–4 pakoras,
2 dates + 2–3 glasses water.
Samosas table pe the… lekin self-control strong πŸ’ͺ (extra carbs avoid kiye).
2 amrood as well.
Gym – Shoulders + Triceps πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ
Good pump.
Body thori shape mein aa rahi hai β€” noticeable change πŸ‘€
Lekin haan… arms bigger chahiye πŸ˜…
Impatience normal hai. Growth slow process hai, especially Ramadan mein.
Post-gym:
2 scoops Anabolic Mass by Kevin Levrone + 2 bananas.
Later: 150g chicken + 100g rice.
Now focusing on water intake till next Sehri πŸ’§
Reality check:
Arms craving is not about size.
It’s about progress.
