Multi grain atta + basan chilla with egg with tea
Walk for 20 mints aftri sehri
10-15 mints light workout like stretching etc after 4pm
Aftar
1 date+ Pani + 2 pakoras+ 1 samosa + less than half bowl chana+ lobia chart
Dinner
1 roti with qeema
Walk for 1 hr after dinner and have tea ( which I do want but I take it )
