That all lines are amazing and these work as stress reliefer .. what we our thinking about ourself is not true all the time we are just gave ourself stress which leads towards our stuck weight and other issues

Workout: Brisk Walk ✅ Minutes: 10 minutes 1L before lunch: ✅ Greens added: ✅ Once I saw a recipe of zucchini noodles, so thought today was the perfect day to try it. Turned out good actually. Steps: 4581 / 4500 ✅ Gratitude Day 4 🤍 1. Grateful for remembering Allah and keeping my heart connected through His zikr. 2. Grateful for the self-control Allah is helping me build every day. 3. Grateful that Allah has given me the ability to provide for my children and care for their needs. How I feel: Peaceful One win: Doing zikr as the step count increases. ✅ Checklist: Brisk Walk ✅ Water ✅ Greens ✅ Steps ✅ Gratitude ✅
