2 eggs omlette with roti and a cup of milk then again 2 glass water
Walk before iftar:10 mins
Iftar: Dates,2 glass water,a bowl of fruit chaat without sugar
Dinner: home made beef nihari with tandoor
Walk after dinner:5 mins
Water intake:3.5 litre
Steps:7000
Today is a cheat day( first tandoor then icecream)
