Breakfast: 2boiled eggs + bran bread + pheeki chai
Lunch m saag with half roti
Dinner m black pepper chicken wdout oil + dahi(because lunch ma saag ki waja sy mje heart burn feel ho raha tha so I took bit extra yogurt in dinner)
Snacks: morning m guava or sham ma ik cup chai pheeki
Please guide me..ma ny Kuch extra to ni liya Jo nahi Lena chahye tha..
