For breakfast 2 eggs with one bread with one table spoon seeds and apple black coffee snack Greek yogurt orange and roasted chickpeas lunch mash daal with 5 table spoon white riceand tomato for dinner 100g chicken and egg plant with 4 table spoon rice green green tea 2L water 49 mint workout cardio plus strength training and 10k steps
