Tea with brown sugar
Lunch : potato rice
Dinner : chicken pashawri karahi with naan (outside).
Night snacks: some almonds n raisins
Day 4 (Today)
Breakfast: 2 slices of brown bread with egg and Tea with brown sugar
Lunch: one bowl of yogurt with 3 biscuits 🫣
I will try to get back to my workout routine today, Insha’Allah.
My diet is not perfect right now, but I’m trying to return to my normal routine. I was in a rest mode for a long time, so now I’m finding it difficult to follow a proper diet and meal schedule.
