Sehri: 2 portion carbs, with chiken chana, and a boil egg, tea yougrut with out sugar.
Iftaar: 2_3 french fries, one pakorha , hal bowl fruit chat, date water.
Dinner 2 pc chicken pulao.
Tea without sugar.
Could not work out.
