Sehri:
250g yogurt,
3 sandwiches,
2 boiled eggs.
Today was mostly travel mode — Islamabad trip and back.
Weather scenes were unreal 🌄
Mountains, blue sky, sunrise combo… those quiet moments hit different.
Came back home → rested a bit.
Iftar:
1 bowl chana chaat,
Fruit chaat,
Some dates.
After that honestly…
food structure got messed up.
Was just searching for leftovers, random bites.
Overall low calorie day I think.
Gym skip / routine disturbed type day.
One Real Thought Today
I wanted to click pictures…
but stopped.
Because I felt people will judge:
“Yeh kya kar raha hai… weird lag raha hai… content bana raha hai?”
And that made me realize something.
Sometimes our biggest limitation is not lack of opportunity —
it’s fear of looking stupid.
Every creator looks weird in the beginning.
Every disciplined person looks extreme.
Every focused person looks antisocial.
Until results come.
Then suddenly the same people say:
“Yaar tu toh serious tha.”
Reality Check
You can either:
• protect your image
or
• build your future
Doing both at the same time is rare.
Low calorie day.
Low structure day.
But high awareness day.
Back stronger tomorrow 💪🌙
