Breakfast:
Overnight oats and boiled eggs 2
Then cup of tea
Lunch :
One small chicken strip and 2 potato chicken cutlets and dahi Phulkia
Had a cup of tea and 2 cookies after that
I had fruit in between my meals one kiwi and few blueberries
Dinner was roti and aloo qeema and yogurt
and then I had tea after half an hour
