"Rough day! Made a huge batch of kebabs plus did all the chores. I was so drained I just ate leftover curry with one roti. Still ended up doing a 1-hour walk, though. Taking a break now and will do the rest after Maghrib."

Green tea with my fav book It's really helpful for women. It teaches how our body changes during the monthly cycle and how to eat, exercise, and plan life according to it. I liked how it explains that our energy, mood, and strength are not the same every day and that’s normal.
