Hi for breakfast protein seeded bread with 2 white egg one full egg some almonds 2L water for lunch 6 table spoon ri e with chicken and grilled chicken seekh kabab with salad yogurt dinner red kidney beans fish and for treat cream after that feel guilty I think I ate too much today did 10k and 20 mint HIIT workout and 20 mint uper body strength training
