Day 2 (sweet and late night cravings)
My last night experience was much better before i started kickstart challenge some tricks that i used to skip eating sweets,
I just skip thinking about sweets and just took some peanut and roasted chana and because of my high cravings for sweets i just took water instead of eating something this community helped me alot to overcome these cravings hope for best days ahead insh aa Allah
