Yesterday was my day 2 starting of diet meal, i went out for shopping and when return i had svere migraine so i slept after eating light dinner.
Yesterday start day with fresh Apple, beetroot and black carrot juice by adding 2 tbsp basil seeds (Soaked).
Breakfast slice bread with 2 boiled egg.
Lunch was grilled chicken with steamed vegetale and 2 tbsp mashed potatoes.
Then take cup of tea.
Dinner was remaining grill chicken half chest piece with 4 to 5 bites roti.
Total steps yesterday was around 9000 due to going to market ๐
Water intake was 7 glass and 2 small bottles.
I tried to complete target but due to migraine i slept immediate otherwise it gon,na worse.
