Day 2
Breakfast 2 scrambled eggs, 2 toasts and tea with 1 teaspoon of sugar ( canโ€™t have my tea without sugar ๐Ÿ˜ข)
Lunch daal chawal with salad
Dinner daal chawal half serving with chicken seekh kbob.
4 bottles of water, walk for 30 minutes. I forgot to do stretching in the morning but inshallah tomorrow will do.
