Hi had 2 boiled eggs at breakfast time with one apple and tea lunch one half roti with saag and egg white and kidney beans salad
For dinner 10 spoon pilao with kidney beans salad and chicken 1.5litr water 2 cup green tea and 10k steps with 20 mint uper body strength training i didnt eat that butter piece ๐Ÿค—
