Before breakfast 1 glass on warm water with fanel seeds
Breakfast: 2boil egg with 1slice of bread and peanut butter and tea
Lunch : half left over roti with bengam and alu salad salad and boil chawal
After lunch : workout 15 min
Dinner
Chicken and veg pasta and salad
After dinner 30 min walk and 15 min workout
And coffee
