Perspective calm rakhna zaroori hota hai.
Iftar:
~350g rice/pulao,
2 dates,
Thora gap,
Phir ek big bowl fruit + veggies + red beans chaat (~450β500g).
Aaj rest day tha gym se,
Lekin kaam off nahi tha β
Content research, delayed tasks clear kiye. Productive recovery day β
Post-work:
2 scoops Anabolic Mass,
1 orange π,
Water,
Black coffee (no sugar).
Lesson of the day:
Rest day β no protein day.
Muscle gym mein break hoti hai,
Growth rest day pe hoti hai.
Protein skip karoge β recovery slow.
Consistency sirf workouts mein nahi, nutrition mein bhi hoti hai.
