I am thankful for my health to ALLAH. This is my day first and my biggest challenge is to avoid sweet cravings i just did my brunch
Water intake before meal ✅ it’s not difficult because it’s already my habit to take water before every meal.
I just took tea without sugar and used skimmed milk small roti with salan (white chana)
