Today was my thirteen day of being in this journey including kick start challenge ..I tried to eat healthy with no junk
Today I ate two eggs one alsi pini and one cup tea in the morning
In lunch I had small peices of carrot as fiber, salan and three oranges
But In dinner I had some macroni, Some kheer at home ,and cold coffee from outside
I know I shouldn't do it but from tommorrow I am going to start my diet plan So I wanted to fulfil my cravings
Is it okay ??
I don't want to regret it so I just confessed it here honestly
