Breakfast :
Omlette with Vegies and multigrain toasts
With a cup of tea and 2 cookies
Mid morning I had fruit bowl
Lunch was cutlus and chicken strip
Dinner was roti and bhindi and then had cup of tea
I did walk for about 30 mins couldnโ€™t do steps as I didnโ€™t have phone in hand
