Snack 3.00pm
Melon and guvava
Dinner 5.30pm
1 aloo methi ki roti with cucumber and raira
Aj bht brownies ki cravings horhi so i make brownies brownies with ice-cream
Water intake approx 2 liter plus water
Exercise dr recommended
